The Hunchback of Notre Dame was produced by Briarcrest Christian High School in the Winter of 2018. This show featured a two story set and utilized projections and special effects to immerse the audience into Notre Dame. This particular performance centered heavily around realism and religion, but the director also asked for specific pullout moments to lose the realism and heighten dramatics. This show used wireless dmx and multiple fog machines to achieve the magical disappearances for some of the characters. The design concept for The Hunchback of Notre Dame consisted of subtle changes to realistic lighting highlighted by intesely saturated dramatic moments.
