Freckleface Strawberry was performed by second - fifth graders at Briarcrest Elementary School. The design for the show focused on bright colours and the communication of peer-pressure and acceptance in school. Scenes utilized effects such low line fog, flashlights, and haze. The plot was conceptualized by the Lighting Designer, and input and modifications were made by the technical director before finalized design began.
